Two reports released today related to fracking

Bakersfield, CA -- Two important reports were released Wednesday about fracking in California, related to the passing of Senate Bill 4, the state's first effort to impose stricter restrictions on fracking.

The Department of Conservation, through its Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources, published its draft environmental impact report today.

S.B. 4 requires this E.I.R., pursuant to California's Environmental Quality Act, to provide the public with detailed informatio
