Two arrested in east Bakersfield heroin bust

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Two local men were arrested Thursday after a heroin bust in east Bakersfield.
Deputies with the California Multi-Jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team, with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office Major Violators Unit, executed a search warrant in the 2200 block of Lucky Street in East Bakersfield Thursday morning.
Deputies said they located what they suspect as heroin and items indicative of the sale of heroin, as well as an undisclosed amount of cash.
