TUHS superintendent to serve probation, work release

TAFT, CA, - Taft City School District Superintendent Ron Bryant, who was recently arrested on Nov. 15 for driving under the influence, was sentenced on Tuesday, Dec. 9 to probation and work release.

Bryant is sentenced to 150 days of work release and three years probation. He pleaded no contest to two counts of driving under the influence, and no contest to a charge of exiting the vehicle withouth instruction to do so from an officer.
