Time running out to sign up for Covered California

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The deadline for health insurance through Covered California is this Sunday, February 15th and Thursday, you can attend a workshop at the Valley Plaza to get the information you need.

It's happening today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in front of JC Penney's.

The department of Human Services says to bring valid ID, your address, and income information such as pay stubs from the last month, 2013 tax filings, and social security cards.
