Three men indicted on conspiracy to distribute heroin

FRESNO, CA. - Three men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for conspiracy to distribute more than 10 pounds of heroin.

 Julio Perez, 32; Rafael Legorreta, 34, both of Bakersfield; and Francisco Rivera, 29 of Palmdale, were charged today with conspiracy to distribute heroin and possession with intent to distribute heroin, according to United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner.
