Tehachapi police open temporary holding facility

TEHACHAPI, CA - A temporary holding facility for inmates in Tehachapi is back open.  The facility according to Tehachapi police had been shut down after deficiencies had been found within the building.  An inspection of the facility had taken place in June of 2014.
