Technical and weather issues delay deliveries

The Californian had several issues Thursday night that delayed the press start by approximately three hours. Some issues were technical and some were due to the weather.

First, a page transmission issue arose from The Californian's switch to a new system. Then, a power surge at The Californian's press facility due to the storm caused the loss of several digital pages. Finally, a bad electrical re
