Tax refunds may be delayed this year

 BAKERSFIELD, CA - If you file paper tax returns this year, you may have to wait longer for your refund.
The IRS is warning of delays, up to an extra week or more, due to budget cuts.     Filers with errors or questions that require additional review will also face delays.     Last month, Congress approved the smallest budget for the IRS since 2008.
Less money equals fewer full-time employees, collection efforts and audits.
