Suspect arrested in connection with a homicide

BAKERSFIELD, CA - A pursuit Friday morning in central Bakersfield that locked down a local elementary school, led to the arrest of an individual that BPD said is related to a body found in an orchard this past Sunday.
According to BPD, they were conducting surviellance at a home on Bank Street on Friday and tried to pull a driver over who left that home.     The driver took off, leading police on a chase, which locked down Roosevelt Elementary school at 9:40 a.m.    &nb
