SunEdison unveils newest solar project

BAKERSFIELD, CA- SunEdison unvieled its newest solar project Wednesday morning.

The company says it is focused on creating clean energy for Southern California.

The 737-acre Regulus project is expected to produce enough energy to power over 10,000 homes and reduce enough CO2 emissions to offset burning 125 million pounds of coal annually.

The facility is at 13651 E. Panama Lane.
