State water conservation slips

BAKERSFIELD, CA- Water conservation slipped in January according to California officials.

The state is entering the fourth year of the drought and Californians recently met Governor Jerry Brown's call to slash water use by 20 percent.

The State Water Board says water conservation efforts declined statewide from 22 percent last December to 8.8 percent in January.
