Sheriff's deputy charged with killing mother

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) -- The Kern County District Attorney’s office Tuesday filed misdemeanor charges against a sheriff’s deputy accused of killing a woman in a car crash last year.The crash happened last September on North Chester Avenue and China Grade Loop.
