Several cars derailed on train near Caliente

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Union Pacific railroad officials are investigating a train derailment in the mountains east of Bakersfield.
Union Pacific spokesperson Francisco Castillo said the train derailed for unknown reasons around 9:40 a.m. Sunday.     Castillo said 14 empty rail cars came off the track on the Mojave Subdivision near Caliente.     Four remained upright and 10 cars were tipped over on the side..     No one was injured and there weren't any ha
