Second victim in crash on Alfred Harrell Highway has died

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.- The California Highway Patrol says a second person has died from from a crash last week.Robert William Young, 17, was the driver and sustained major injuries when he rolled the car on Alfred Harrell Highway August 5.
He was taken to the Kern Medical Center, but the coroner says Young died in the ICU just before 2 Monday morning.His passenger, Antonia Vladimirov, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
