Second draft of water regulations

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The state released a second draft of it's mandatory regulations on water conservation Saturday.The regulations are in response to Governor Jerry Brown's Executive Order to reduce statewide potable water consumption by 25%. Governor Brown says he is striving to make California more drought resilient for the future.
