Reports: Father admits to shaking, kicking 4-month-old who died

A Bakersfield father charged with murder in the death of his 4-month-old admitted he intentionally shook the baby and threw him to the ground before kicking him into a wall of his bedroom.
Stepfon Jones Sr., 20, also told investigators he has anger control issues and collects Social Security Income because he is "slow," according to court filings which became available Tuesday. He repeatedly told investigators he did not want to get in trouble for the assault.
