Port labor dispute spells bottleneck for Kern recycling centers

Recycling centers in Kern County have been stuck with a bottleneck, thanks to the labor dispute over at the West Coast ports. Now, as dockworkers gear up again, centers piled high with cans, bottles and cardboard hope their operations also get back to normal.
