Police: Shoplifter pulls knife on store employee when confronted

The man seen in a surveillance photo, released Monday, allegedly pulled a knife on an employee at the Rite-Aid store on the 1600 block of 23rd Street. That occurred when the employee tried to stop the suspect's shoplifting March 9, according to police.
