Police searching for homicide suspect

On May 3, 2015, at 8:40 am, the Kern County Sheriff's Office was informed of a burned body located in an orchard in the 12000 block of Hwy. 166. On May 7, 2015, their investigation led them to a residence in the 13100 block of Evening Breeze Av. which is located in the City of Bakersfield. Sheriff's deputies detained five adults and a juvenile at the residence and determined the homicide may have occurred at the location.
