Police looking for identity thief

Bakersfield Police are asking for help in identifying and finding a man they say committed identity theft.

On December 28, 2014, the suspect made purchases at the Kohls’ store located at 5385 Gosford Rd. using the victim’s identity.

The suspect is described as a: white or hispanic male in his 20’s with black hair.
