Police looking for help in finding purse theif

BAKERSFIELD, CA- Bakersfield police are looking to the public for help in identifying and locating a woman they say stole another woman's purse at Walmart.It happened May 16 at the Walmart on Panama and Highway 99, according to police.Police say the suspect removed the victim’s purse from a shopping cart while the victim was distracted.
The suspect is described as a: Hispanic female, 30’s, slim build, long brown hair, light complexion.
