PHOTO STORY: Enraptured by a raptor

Mid-week can be a quiet time at the California Living Museum, but springtime brings out visitors from area schools for their annual field trip to the California Living Museum. Docents at CALM are prepared to tell them about animals that are native to the area. At the amphitheater, students may see a presentation on a turkey vulture or a skunk. The reptile house has snakes, some poisonous, that can be seen up close through protective safety glass.
