Peace Officer's Memorial Week in Kern County

The week of May 11th through May 15th, 2015 is Peace Officer's Memorial Week in Kern County. This is a time we set aside to remember and honor all law enforcement personnel who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities. During this period of observance, deputies will be wearing black mourning bands over their badges and flags at Sheriff's Office facilities will be flown at half-staff.
