Passenger killed in crash identified

A passenger who died in a vehicle rollover Monday on Highway 58 in California City has been identified as 27-year-old Vallejo resident David Lewis Strong.
A coroner's office news release said Strong died at the scene of the 7:06 p.m. crash three miles west of Hyundai-Kia Boulevard. He was not wearing a seat belt.
