Panama-Buena Vista teachers OK 7 percent raise

Teachers in the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District approved a tentative agreement Thursday that would, if approved by the school board, mean a 4 percent raise next school year and a 3 percent raise the following year. The first would go into effect July 1, the second one year later.
