One arrested in Wasco stabbing

WASCO, CA - Kern County Sheriff's officials said a man is in critical condition after an altercation Saturday night. 
The stabbing happened in to 600 block of D Street near Wasco Union Elementary School just before 11 p.m.       Deputies arrived to find Enrique Ramirez with major injuries from a single stab wound.      According to KCSO, 24-year-old Victor Rosales is suspected in the stabbing.      He was arrested on charges of at
