Lengthwise Brewing's mothership location on Schirra Court was a whirlwind of orderly chaos Friday morning. Three different photographers, one in an arcane video harness, snapped shots of the space while workers prepped for the brew-pub's 11 a.m. opening. Brewers checked the interiors of a massive stainless steel fermenter. A motorsports group had command of the back patio, working on some advertising. People were everywhere.
