Oliver takes plea deal, gets 27 years

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Breaking news in the Taft Union High School shooting case.
Bryan Oliver, the teen charged with shooting a classmate at Taft High School 2 years ago has just taken a plea deal.
Oliver pleaded no contest to two charges of attempted murder.     He pleaded as an adult.     In exchange, he will receive 27 years and 4 months behind bars.     He was due back in court today for a readiness hearing.    His re-trial was set
