Oliver family not allowed to sue TUHS

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Taft High School shooter Bryan Oliver and his mother will not be allowed to sue the Taft Union High School District.
According to the district, Sheri Oliver didn't file her claim within the legal time frame.     And on Thursday, Kern County judge David Lampe agreed.     Sheri Oliver wanted to file claims against the district for bullying and sexual assault, she said happened at the school.     Bryan Oliver opened fire in a classroom
