Officials seeking input for park improvements

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Bakersfield city officials are seeking your input on making improvements to Heritage Park in northeast Bakersfield.
The park is located at Mt. Vernon Avenue and Bernard Street.     They're considering pouring money into a spray park that recycles water, includes picnic shelters, new restrooms, walking paths and more lighting.     Neighbors say there's one big light for the entire park.
"There's always a lot of drama here -- a lot of problems.
