Officials investigating fatal shooting in Rosamond

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Investigators in Rosamond are still looking for the person who shot and killed a man.  That man was found dead inside his car.It happened around 12:30 Sunday morning. The coroner has identified the victim as 27-year-old Howard James Burley the third, of Highland.The sheriff's office says Burley was found, shot, inside a vehicle at the intersection of Fernwood Street and Armstrong Street in Rosamond.He was pronounced dead at the scene.If you know anything about this incide
