Officers say 7-year-old killed in Monday crash

The child killed Monday in a crash on westbound Highway 58 near Keene was seven years old, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The boy's name has not yet been released. A 13-year-old and the 35-year-old driver of the vehicle suffered major injuries and were taken to Kern Medical Center.
