North High student earns prestigious scholarship

BAKERSFIELD, CA - A local high school student gets the gift of a lifetime the day before her high school graduation.
On Tuesday, North High senior Kelly Ayllon was wondering how she would pay for college, but now her fears are gone, thanks to a spark from PG&E.
"It's $20,000. that will pay my whole education," said Kelly Ayllon.
Ayllon was surprised with a scholarship from PG&E, good for up to $20,000 a year for up to five years, part of the Bright Minds Scholarship fund.
