Nonprofit helps Cause 4 Cats house animals

A Lebec cat shelter that recently had 102 cats removed from their care after Kern County Animal Services began cracking down on the number of animals they had, got more bad news this week when a local pet store told them they could no longer hold adoption services on their property anymore.
