New lawsuit targets drought management efforts

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Environmental groups have filed a new lawsuit challenging efforts to manage the drought.     It's led by the California Sportfishing Protection Alliance, the groups allege the state is harming fish and wildlife in their efforts to deliver scarce water supplies to farms and cities.     According to the Sacramento Bee, the suit revolves around the federal and state government's management of the central valley and state water projects.
