New law aims to stop racial profiling

Governor Jerry Brown signed a new bill into law last weekend, requiring law-enforcement to document every stop with an individual regardless of whether or not that person was arrest. Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood said more paperwork means less officers on the streets.
