New extended-stay hotel coming to Bakersfield

Value Place, an extended-stay hotel brand, has signed an agreement to build a 124-unit, four-story hotel in Bakersfield.
The expansion, announced Monday by Value Place, will be with Bhattal Enterprises, a Bakersfield company already operating fast food restaurants and gas stations in the area.
