New city water restrctions have passed

No matter who your water supplier is... if you live within the Bakersfield city limits, starting Thursday the new water restrictions are in effect. This means outdoor watering will be limited to three days a week, and your address dictates what days you can water.City officials say water users with an even numbered address may water on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday.
