New Advances for People with Disabilities holds groundbreaking

New Advances for People with Disabilities held a groundbreaking ceremony Friday in Bakersfield for the 17,000-square-foot Center for Creative Achievement, a day program that provides a creative learning environment for more than 180 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
