Nearly 3,000 people without power in E. Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX -- Nearly 3,000 people are without power in east Bakersfield, according to Pacific Gas and Electric Co.
The power went out at 2:20 p.m. and is expected to be restored at about 4:15 p.m, according to the PG&E website.
