More rain, wind expected in Kern through Wednesday

A pair of storm systems bringing rain and gusty winds will move across Kern County beginning Monday morning and continue through Wednesday afternoon.
The National Weather Service at Hanford said neither storm will pack the power of the one that belted the area last week, breaking a daily accumulation record, forcing highway closures and knocking out power.
