BAKERSFIELD, CA- A teen girl missing since June 11 has been found in Texas, according to the Kern County Sheriff's Office.Amber Woolwine, 16, was reported missing be her family, Deputies said Woolwine was with Max Kozak, 47, when she was found near Amarillo Texas.A deputy with the Potter County Sheriff's Office pulled a vehicle over Tuesday morning and identified the occupants as Woolwine and Kozak.Deputies say Kozak is being detained and Woolwine has been turned over to Child Protective servic
