Marching and remembering crime victims

Carrying signs while they marched, family and friends remembered crime victims who have died during a procession Tuesday evening. The third annual Crime Victims’ Rights March was also for all victims of crime. The theme of this year’s march was “Engaging Communities/ Empowering Victims.”
