Man sought for allegedly annoying a juvenile

The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying and location a man sought on suspicion of annoying a juvenile in northeast Bakersfield.
The incident took place April 8 in the 10700 block of Panorama Drive, BPD said via press release Sunday.
