Man gets three years for fatal drunken driving accident

BAKERSFIELD, CA - A man who took a plea deal in a deadly drunken driving crash case was sentenced to three years in prison on Friday.
The crash happened Dec. 29 on Old River Road near Taft Highway, in southwest Bakersfield.     According to investigators, 20-year-old Junner Mayorga-Espinal was drunk when he hit a big rig head-on.     The crash killed Mayorga-Espinal's 21-year-old passenger, Samuel Alarcon.     Mayorga-Espinal pleaded no contest one c
