Man dies after leading police on chase

Delano police say a man died in a high-speed chase last night as he pursued the suspects who had just shot his brother.

The crash happened just after 9:30 p.m. on Garces Highway near Austin Street in Delano.

Police say the man was chasing the suspects who had just wounded his brother in a drive-by shooting on Dover Place.

Police say the brother crashed and died at the scene.

Officers say they have no description of the suspects.
