Man busted twice for exposing himself

Kern County deputies bust a man they say was exposing himself to female joggers in Rosamond. But just 8 days later they say he did it again. The first incident was February 10th when two female joggers reported a man had flashed them. One of the victims was able to direct deputies to the suspect, Richard Coleman, 39.
