Man arrested after deadly shooting in southwest Bakersfield

Police arrested a 28-year-old man following a fatal Friday night shooting in southwest Bakersfield, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.

Detectives arrested Travell Clark on suspicion of murder, being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm and participation in a criminal street gang. He was booked into a Kern County jail facility, and police said there are no outstanding suspects at this time.
