Local teens get lesson about safe driving

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Local teens got a lesson this week about the importance of being a safe driver, by a woman who lost her daughter in a tragic crash.The California Highway Patrol held a "Start Smart" class Tuesday night. Alice Castillo was invited to speak to the class.
