Local special needs center gets national designation

BAKERSFIELD, CA- The Richardson Child Development Center became one of only five M.O.V.E. International model sites in the state, during a dedication celebration this morning.

M.O.V.E., or Mobility Opportunities Via Education, is a program designed to promote independence for children and adults with motor disabilities.
